EFT is a wonderful tool with a wide variety of uses. We discovered it
1997 this was for a resolution to an old issue of mine, and I've been using it ever since. It's been an amazing part of my own healing and growth, and a life-changing tool for my family, friends, students, and coaching clients.EFT stands for "Emotional Freedom Techniques," and the simplest way to describe it is that it's like acupuncture without needles, with a wider variety of uses than acupuncture itself offers (in my opinion). It works with the body's energy meridians, as identified thousands of years ago in Chinese medicine.EFT (or just "tapping," as most of my clients refer to it) offers a
simple, quick, gentle, and non-invasive way to bring relief from a wide variety of symptoms, both physical and emotional. And more importantly,
it allows you to get to the underlying cause of the symptoms and address the issues at the source. Gary Craig, a personal performance coach in
California, evolved this method from an earlier version, making it much easier to learn and apply. Once you learn this process, you can use it on your own whenever you need it, instead of having to wait for a coaching session in order to feel better.
