Level One

The Original Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training program is the ROSS/KYTT Level 1 Certification program in Kundalini for the original.

In Level 1 you will become an Instructor and gain a deep understanding and experience of the core of the science of Kundalini Yoga.

You will develop the skills to instruct students in Kundalini Yoga Kriyas and meditations.

Level Two

Level 2 Transformation includes the projection of identity (Sat Nam); the embodiment of character through word and behavior; and the expansion and deepening of the Teacher's stage of consciousness.

Though these are Level 2 Teacher Training courses. You may take these modules in any order.

By complete of Level 1 and Level 2, you also qualify to apply and become a Yoga Teacher through Yoga ROSS International.

Level Three

You will learn more to be in touch with yourself and yoga. At level 3, you will be prepared to put the taught together.

All handles, setbacks, alternatives will you learn with the defines of the training content.
